I’m Lizzie and I am on a journey to a healthier life. I’ve been working at this for several years and while I do really well for a few months at a time, I lose focus and revert to old habits. I’ve had some health issues that have caused additional challenges lately but I am ready to start again. One thing I have learned is that accountability is critical – whether it is to yourself or someone else. So I started this website to hold myself accountable.
