These are the items I keep stocked in my pantry all of the time. I keep things on hand to make a quick meal or snack and some things I may not use as frequently, but I save money by buying it in bulk.

I use peanut butter powder to whip up some quick peanut butter to dip my apples into or a quick PBJ for lunch. I use it in the peanut butter overnight oats.

Coconut milk works well in stir-fry, curry and lime coconut rice.

Brown rice gets used up quickly at my house, and it is much cheaper when bought in bulk. Just keep it in the freezer to make it stay fresher than it does sitting in the pantry.
